We source our items from trusted and authorized distributors, and we do not sell replicas, fakes, or dupes.

Are the blind boxes sealed?

Yes. All blind boxes are brand new, unopened, and factory sealed unless clearly stated otherwise (such as open-box or display items).

Where is ChibiPicks based?

ChibiPicks is a UAE-based small business, proudly operating from Abu Dhabi.
All orders are packed and shipped locally.

How long does delivery take within the UAE?

  • Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays or peak periods.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We don't offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We do accept secure online payments and Tabby.

Can I choose which character I receive in a blind box?

Blind boxes are designed to be a surprise.
Characters are randomly packed by the manufacturer, and we cannot guarantee or select specific figures.

What are the chances of getting a secret or rare figure?

Secret or rare figures are included by the manufacturer and have lower probability than regular figures.
Receiving a secret figure is not guaranteed but is always an exciting possibility.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We take quality seriously.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos, and we will assist you according to our return and refund policy.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of blind boxes, returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened items.
However, defective items will be handled fairly and professionally in line with our policy.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some items may be restocked, while others are limited edition or one-time releases.
Restocks are not guaranteed, so we recommend purchasing when stock is available.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily ship within the UAE & GCC.
